Dover is known as The Monster Mile, and this is the Monster!

This is me standing next to Speed McQueen - the car from the Cars movie! I LOVED that movie!

Talk about advertising! These are the team trailers where you can buy tons of souveniers - I got a Tony Stewart visor and Tony Stewart window sticker for my car. Can you figure out who my favorite driver is???

Uh, Oh! Michael Waltrip blew an engine! That was the end of his day!

Tony comes into the pit for fuel and tires...it was so cool to be sitting right where we could watch everything that went on in his pit!
I sure hope we are offered these tickets again!

Great shot especially the one with the Monster. Love it! Happy PhotoHunt! ;-)
Mine is up late -> Mariposa's PhotoHunt"
These are terrific images. I do the motorbikes here for a living and I'm really blown away by these.
That looks like a real monster rock man... you are so right... all the cars are covered in advertisements. What a great choice for the theme!
My hunt is up here.
That looks like a really fun time. Great pictures.
That's quite the ad AAA did. I don't remember them doing anything like that when I worked for them a decade and a half ago.
It seems that everything is being used for advertising these days...but it appears you had a great time anyway!
And these are wonderful photos. Thanks for sharing!
Your Nascar = Advertising made ma laugh! So true ;)
I was never into cars or racing, but your photos are cool! And I"m glad you had a great time!
Cool shots!
Awesome photos!
Funny seeing Lightning McQueen outside of a Disney Park (they have him and Mater at Disney Hollywood Studios).
Great photos! Hope you have a wonderful time. Just wondering... NASCAR and WXTU country music radio usually go hand in hand. I am going to the XTU concert this Saturday...by any chance, will you be there too??
It would be cool to find each other at the concert. I have reserved seating in section 104 row G seats 19-22.
I love B&R and also Phil Vassar!! Looking forward to Zack Brown and James Otto too. Kellie Pickler is okay... I thought she sounded horrid on American Idol a few weeks back....
Excellent shots for advertisement! I found you over at another Martha's blog :-)
Dottie, what did you think of the concert??
How about the Zac Brown Band - they are amazing. Phil V is an absolute doll and Big and Rich, well, they are just....indescribable.
We missed James Otto and I was bummed about that.
Did you enjoy yourself???
